Eco-Pup Shipping Information

Eco-Pup dog clothing products are proudly made in and shipped from Canada. Eco-Pup dog clothing products are shipped worldwide. Everything in our product catalogue can be purchased through this website securely and easily using EcoPup's shopping cart, powered by Ubercart.

Shipping rates for all Eco-Pup Dog Clothing products are a flat rate of $8.00 (CDN) for orders up to $200. Orders over $200 will be charged a flat fee of $20.00 (CDN) for shipping. Eco-Pup recommends combining orders to help do our part to reduce packaging, minimize shipping emissions and keep costs down.

Your Eco-Pup dog clothing order will be shipped within 3 business days.
Custom orders will be quoted a shipping time, due to the nature of the order.

Eco-Pup is not be responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping.

Sometimes customs charges are applied to packages sent abroad, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Eco-Pup Returns Policy and Procedure

In the event that you are not satisfied with your Eco-Pup dog clothing you purchased, we will accept returnable items within 30 days of the shipment date for exchange or merchandise credit only. The item(s) must not be washed or worn - Eco-Pup will not accept products that have been washed or worn for exchange or credit.

No returns accepted on Eco-Pup custom made items.

To notify us of a product you are unsatisfied with and would like to return, please email us at sales@ecopup.ca and indicate Product Return as the subject. In the body of the email, please provide us with the purchase date, product info and your reason for returning the product.
